Set or reset your password
New and existing staff: request a private link and open it in this same browser within one hour. A new tab is fine.
Verify your authenticator
Recovery, ownership, staff and policy actions need a fresh authenticator code.
Scan this code with your authenticator app, then enter its six-digit code.
Enter the setup key manually
If you cannot use your existing authenticator, contact the administrator for verified account recovery.
Set your staff password
After saving, sign in with your new staff password.
